Last year I joined the pretigious group of women who are fabulous over 40. Gosh time sure does fly, it seems like just yesterday I was getting my high school diploma. Anyway, embracing the moment at hand, I have pledged to do the kind of things that will take the OLD out of getting older. First on my list is getting back into a healthy exercise routine. The weather is warm, so it's a great time to get out and do a 30 minute walk at the park 3 times a week. So that's my birthday resolution. Work on getting more healthy and fit at 41.
